Of Pain , Life and Celebration

Not once , Not twice , its Innumerable times – I have heard it –

“We never Know How strong we are until Being Strong is the only option we are left with !”

Human Beings are one of the most Incredible and Complex creations of GOD. No matter however much we strive and unfold about ourselves , there still remains power and surprise stories within us – Untouched and Un-used. And the feeling - Its confusing , Relaxing , Pleasantly Soothing and Amazingly scary ( sometimes) !

The stamina to deal with Pain comes Naturally and No Pain leaves us the way we used to be. Perception and Faith – are the two utmost things that does change with Pain.

Everytime a pain , a challenge start spinning your head , you come to know of your strengths and tenacity – you never imagined to possess !

Physical and Emotional Pain – one can outrun the other at times and vehemently .

The flavour varies with both – but still the Same at the same time – Relentlessly Bitter and Pungent !

You got to deal with both of them – If you not get daunted by em’ , then Bravo!

You will see a New AVATAR of yourself – a Columbus-like feeling when you know of your dormant and lull mental barons !

Its not the Ideal pathway to ply on – but having tramped down , You don’t remain the Same !

That’s the Best thing About it …

Everytime I get them ( though I don’t Like them) , I make sure , I don’t get down without a Fight !

You gotta feel it , deal it , nail it and kill it – And Capable you are for the same beyond the contemplative !

So Lets Celebrate Life , Celebrate Pain and Make sure the ends are not Lost and everything Plugged in !

Start - Restart

Being Lazy is Fun , magically effortless and We all are So good at  - its just comes Naturally !

We start and stop and then restart and Stop and then Start again to Stop again

- the cycle keeps buzzing around ! For its much easier to start but painstakingly difficult to keep up the Tempo to keep humming. Its Easy to Start but difficult to Keep up the steam flowing !

Its not really surprising that – we  Quit  smoking ( Literally at least) every month , on every birthday or on every New Year day – for when it comes to the Quitting deal , very apparently , it’s a One-day affair or for some - the determined ones , some days affair !

Enrol in Gym and hit it every days punctually , for the starting week and the tempo keeps popping out gradually out of the habitual bag as days pass by.

The same thing goes in Love –  To fall in for Somebody is easy , to preserve the Feeling and the Promises till the Last breathe is what makes it all count and that’s  when the strides  gets trampled often for many.

A better example – waking up in the morning –  there cant be a more vivid example than myself – I forgot the count of my Pledge to myself to wake up early every day . And believe me , out of all my days on Mother earth so far , there been few ,very few when I have lived upto the pledge .

When I took my bike , I told myself not to break any Traffic signal ever in my life and the Best thing – Just few days after that , I was trying to bite  my tongue when I got the Letter from Bangalore Traffic Police for Signal breaking Fine .

It is said –“ First we make the Habit and then the Habit  makes us”

I don’t know about others for me at least its been just the other way round – The Habit has already Made Me and it is so much so recondite and sturdy that  rising to  Another Habit looks  staggeringly  monumental now. A finished Business revitalizes the Spirit and an Unfinished one drains peace out !

Come face to face on the Sustaining  Business–  The Hardship shoots up to retain the things said , keep up the Promises and to continue the good work.

( Personally whenever I attain any small pinch of such a feat – I indulge myself to self-treat and Gosh !

I divert again ..)

But the Best thing about the whole process is to flexing the effort muscles  - Start , Stop/Pause , Restart and the wheel keeps plying ……

Optimistically Speaking – We haven’t Given Up or Given In – Well that’s  just to ready myself to  Indulge in Another Feat of  a Glass of Chilled Beer !

LOL !

We All are , by default, Prone to Being Lazy – Accept it – it  just takes one thing or another to get this fact Highlighted  !

The Lines

Lines of Life  - Binds us , Separates us , Distinguishes us and Qualifies us for the esteemed entries into the Edifice of Being Human !

There is a Very Thin Line which the very existence between being Optimistic , Pessimistic and being Realistic.

Optimism says - the facts you think you can change , Pessimism disappoints you in that aspect and being Realistic compels you to contemplate – if the Effort is really worth changing the fact !

Life comes a Full circle when we move alongside the Perimeter of its nooks and corners . You feel the Bad , you feel the Good and then You Realise that’s what makes  – Who You are Today ! This part and parcel so much necessitates of our daily being and enduring the Secrets .

Things change , Sometimes don’t  change and sometimes its somewhere between the two. As ramifying and as  flurrying as it sounds , the worst is sometimes the Best and the vice versa.

Way above our manipulating minds , there resides the conscience – its Hard , real Hard to get hold of it though – for enlightening the best decisions , the best changes and the best methods to accomplish. It takes years to Learn and Unlearn as needed . Learning the Ropes gets as much easier as nerve-wracking unlearning is for certain matters !

And Interestingly ,more often than not , we just keep beating about the bush – here and there – flowing with no mind. 

Effortless ? Might be the Answer , but in the long run , Things needing to get zeroed in , multiplies in the geometric progression. Sometimes for the glory earned in the Past , we Pay in the Present and the once-full pocket cries for a handful of coins.

The Pessimistic and the sadist will cry over the spilled milk in the present , the Optimistic will think he will get another bowl of it and the Realistic will make sure the part left out should not be given up At any cost .

This defines life , this defines us , and definitely defines the Line of actions .

So Where do you fit in exactly ?

Woman's Day

Women - They say are one of the Most Beautiful creations of GOD !

And For most out there , “Moms” are the Only Woman , They take this statement Always to hold true from childhood through Teenage til Adulthood .

Thanks to I-don't-settle-with-ONE-girl or I-don't-care attitude , or the Evergreen Chase-the-Girl-till-They-Get-Pataoed or for that matter I-Like-TimePass-Only Attitudes,  the Next Special seat stays very apparently Empty.
Then there are people who never ever believed in Love without  Intentionally trying to hurt anybody though !

But Things change ,perceptions change and they do - so prominently under your very nose - that You just stand there - Bewildered - Eyes Wide Open - And the Inevitable happens !

Distntly heard Somewhere - Falling for Someone is  Just PLAIN MAGIC - All Your Tactics, Resolutions and Grits flows through when You start Swimming in HER Eyes. And You wouldn't even have the Slightest Inkling at the outset as you get Drowned deep down and down.

When You know - She is Standing Out There -
Looking Only At you -
To Hold You ,
To Support you in thick & thin
With Loads of Trust in her eyes ,
Waving those Lustrous Hair
And The Prettiest Smile on those Lips -
You know
SHE is the Special one.

The One made - Only For You - And You feel priviledged, breathe Faster and Your Chest Size blows up in Pride .

That's the Beauty of that Sizzling Moment - Spectacular and Marvelous.

And then You stand with your Head Erect - Ecstatic and Bumbling with that Magical feeling.

So be Thankful to the Special Woman(Women) In your Life who made you realise - You can Fall in Love Too ! ( Or even if You don’t have Anyone as yet , just Say Advance Thanks to Her till She Emerges in your Life – Remember the Lines from “THE SECRET” ? "What You Think About And Thank About , You Bring About" . Philosophical ?? Nah :-)

Ruled Timings or Timed Rules

Sticking Rules and Breaking Rules – And the dilemma pursues the matter as does the war between Heart & Mind.

It’s not very often that we prefer to go out of the Rules - for Rules means being on the safer side on the Highway.

But then - what if  You don’t know the Rules ?

Or if you don’t know What you really do want ?

There can’t be a more confusing and irritating situation – that you can think of right now.

As someone rightly said – “When you don’t know Where you want to Go , You can Pick any Way to Stride on !”

So the risk is – If you don’t fall for Something , you would fall for Anything !

The easiest words delivered to counteract is – Get the “What” clarified , identified or unmasked. But then is it really that easy ?

Damn not ! There are situations in life which can keep you baffled , intrigued and befuddled – in a way that you never thought , is possible.

So here's a Red Carpet Welcome to the Real Life my friend !

It means you are knocking at the doors of life or you need more time and it definitely means – You are so much Alive and certainly Podering over the whereabouts!

It’s just a normal and very common temperament of life – But whats equally Important is to get the Answers on Time. Having said that – we have so much Penchant for forbidden things that at the end we just end up doing them. However if that keeps the Happiness Quotient justified , we are Right in doing so !  Being on The Right Side at Right Time at the Right moment can get  delayed , Intentionally on unintentionally.  

None the less Sometimes Delay means Denial  - and that can dig the ground for A Burial !

So Keep the Fingers crossed if the Eyes are Wide Open J

Soliloquy

How Phenomenal it is , when someone rightly said – “We Live By Choice and Not by Chance !”

If there is something which keeps me mostly mind-boggled at times – it’s the matter of Choices that I make - every moment , every day – knowingly or unknowingly , consciously or unconsciously or for that matter choices resulting out of a Don’t-Give-A-Damn attitude sometimes !

The urge to choose something or for that matter Not to choose anything , is itself  a Choice made – and for me the biggest problem starts and ends just on that beat .

It paid dividends and sometimes turned into deadly Blunders – all thanks to the Unawareness of the whole cycle-building process !

This Post emanates from a recent Follow-up , Catch-Up , Eye-balling , Self-Rendezvous or whatever you would like to call it. Things were going a little haywire , Control getting bifurcated and self-arguments turning diversified. Needless to say – not been a Happiness-sprinkling shower in the monotonous dry season !

This was followed by a Recluse , Retrospection and Voracious Reading - carried out in the last 10 days – Online and Offline.

On the same context , happened to notice something – really Queer and unfeigned about myself. We have been so much complaing , thinking and talking about things that We Don’t want most of the times that at the end it takes our eyes OFF from things that  We Really Want !

Looking back , whenever  I felt strangled or got donned in a  Straight-jacket , I found the above words to be ineluctably TRUE !

Flabbergasted and Bewildered  - was my silent Impromptu for So much so was it Resonating to my lifestyle .

So have been trying really hard eversince to bring things Back on Track -

Changed some habits ,

Negotiated with some !

Built some And

Yes definitely Kicked Some !

It’s just a Starting though but the Feelings been monumentally Bombastic !

Suddenly I remember the McDonalds caption words – “I Am Loving It J…..”

Small Things , Big Things

Small turns Surprisingly Big Sometimes . For their values are often inherent - un-noticed unperceived and definitely unclapped.

Do you care for the morning newspaper lying at ur doorstep at the regular time on a normal day? No you don’t . But you crave for it on a rainy day when it does not reach on time !

Do you care for the Sweet messages you get everyday before u go to sleep? Well probably you do but not much !
But if these messages go missing , you suddenly start missing them too !

Do you care for the Person who cares for you ? Perhaps you do enjoy and take it for granted as it comes as Regular exercise ! But if they he\she stops doing , then you start valuing them.

The Home-made delicacies , might at some point of time seemed boring. And now when you go back Home after long time , How do you about it ? Don't You Hog ?

The running tap-water , every morning , do you even care ? But imagine it going dry one day , how does it feel ?

The electricity you use everyday , runs on our un-noticed acclaim . How about a day , with no light , no current for an entire 24 hours – does it make you go crazy ?

Do you have bike or car ? Imagine it goes for a service cum repairing for 2 days , would you feel its absence ?

Aeons ago , You were thin and slim and not happy about it. But once you start aging and you get fatty . Then Won’t you be ready to pay any price to get into the Thinner and slimmer Frame again ?

Did you spend your college life , dreaming about the Blue-chip company job and the Fat pay-check . And when you Hit your target ? What happens ? You suddenly start missing your College days ! Isn’t it ?

You spent the childhood , running after the Aim of Life – Engineer , Doctor or an IAS officer . And then when you become one  , you so terribly want to go back to the Old Innocent days , fresh and fun-frolic.

Well if you can relate to all of these my friends , then join the big brigade – for we all are the same here !

Our , up-high and persistent , gaze at the Bigger and Brighter picture so hovers our vision that we often forget to Appreciate the Smaller and Beautiful things in Life.

Blame it on our Ego , sometimes Ignorance and sometimes That's-So-Normal attitude towards things.

For we all know – Routine is so mundane , so terribly boring – we prefer the thrill , the spontaneity , the  adventure – even if it comes with a sky-high Price !

Happiness is just a Mirage if you don’t hold your mind in STILL !

As I distantly heard sometime , somewhere –
“As above, so Below ; As Within, so Without !
Whatever you Think about – and Thank about – you Bring about ! “

So – enjoy the Little things in Life - For One day , You’ll Look back and realize they were  Big Things Too !

Cycle the Circle !

“A stitch in Time saves Nine !”

We All need the inevitable stitch after a Check-up , Make-up , Catch-up or the bloody Break-up !

Sometimes it gonna hurt or pain or thrill ( if you are Lucky :-) ) but that’s all part of the Game – If you don’t do it ,  You have No idea of the heinous price , it gonna cost at the end.

If you are ever letting anyone rise on your self-esteem , then Congratulations my friend – You have won a ticket to Low-life – pathetic , miserable and upside down !

Nobody can ride your back until you are bent !

The thin line which holds the borderline between helping , being used or being taken for granted  so easily goes unperceived , that we don’t even make out things happening under our very nose.

If you ever go through such a phase – Just Pull over !

Re-check and draw the Circle of Trust to pinpoint the access that needs to be given , to whom and till what extent. 

Make sure nobody gets a share of Radius More than what they truly deserve.

Life’s just a Circle – what goes round , comes round – So Draw your own Diameter and make the Circle custom-made  !

It’s a Guy thing

It is said  - All Guys are the same – So True  ! Thought so ? ?

Unfortunately – until and unless you are a Guy , the subtle differences would never mark or mar your eyes – so the point is they are not !

Here is a Glimpse of something from another Guy’s angle -

The Ladies Man - Quintessential , articulate , confident & Romantic – A Perfect Gentleman ! 
They respect ladies , Ladies respect them and they respect that . Always surrounded by the Opposite Sex -  Girls enjoy their company , their talk and the way they would appreciate you. He will bring you Flowers , chocolates and take you to a candle-light dinner. They are the Mass with the Class – suave , sober Fizzing and irresistible . You will be greeted , treated and  smitten. Not to wonder , they are get the Girl and a Superb life , well almost always !  
Perfection is just next to em'.

If You are a Girl - You will Simply Like them , praise them or probably Love them !

The Frustu  – Bet – you might somewhere, somehow have beheld this species – they are omnipresent – at the bus stop , near the college gate , in the Shopping Mall  and the very obvious Movie  Theater . Pick A pretty Lass and you will see a Beeline after, loitering or the smuggling eyes, roving around. Observe closely – you will make out what I am talking about being Frustated. 
They might or mightn't have a Girl in their life - if they do they are not Happy still and if they don't , then Desperate to get One. 

Oh Yes - Don't get excited - They could possibly turn out as the ones – your Mom warned you about !

The I-Don’t-Care Blokes – He is the Carefree bird - a Free Spirit without or with the Class & the Style.  But what they do have in common is oodles of plain , massive kick-A** Attitude - I don’t care attitude . They are the ones - Intelligent , Smart , Funny , Rebellious , Artistic & with A Golden Heart .He  goes where the wind takes him -- and the wind usually takes him on some kind of flakey adventure. He might ride a motorcycle at the weirdest hour  or might skip work to take her on a last-minute Road trip. He Might make you Pleasantly Surprised at times - unplanned & unimagined ! If a Surprise Poem for you is smsed at 3A.M - Be OK with that. 

Nevertheless if they don’t have a Girl – they are Least fickled about it. 
He is not Bad but He is not Good either !

Love them , Hate them or Ignore them – But You just can’t bother them !

So Girls Go Ahead - choose and pick up your Type – Probably One of them is Just Perfectly Made for you !
