On a De-cluttering mode !
Of recently , I have been trying unscrupulously to scrutinize and lighten the mental bag to a larger extent possible !
In the daily struggle & fight of living , myriads of un-important and trivial things do start piling up our mind . And they do occasionally need a rigorous and merciless clean-up to keep the system on track and running.
The greatest dis-advantage I have noticed is – we do tend to ignore the small and beautiful things in life – the gifts themselves start smelling pungent and that’s the signal !
Enough would certainly be enough - and definitely so !
The earlier and frequent timely spurts of action do save zillions of ensuing stitches !
Writing , for sure , is one of the most rejuvenating experiences speaking on such terms – it makes you think out the weeds and harvest. More so , planting the rights mental saplings can never get easier than though words.
And why not – for sometimes we need the Smiling Word instead of the Ruthless Sword to kill things !

Totally agree with your point and Sooner or later everybody in this generation will realize it...all depends on ,how fast we can realize and act on it to fully enjoy the life!!! I like the part most, which says " Writing ,for sure .is one of the most rejuvenating experience speaking on such terms" and its not that everybody can do...You are really good in expressing thru words....so keep it up!!!
